Question: What Size is your Van?
Answer: I use a Luton type vehicle (with tail lift), carpeted inside, very clean inside (I don’t do rubbish removals in it).
Question: Do you do rubbish removals.​
Answer: No ! I am not licensed, nor will my van fit into the public tips (its too big). Also I move your personal possessions. Do you really want them transported in a van that takes stinking, bug infested rubbish away.

Question: How careful are you with my possessions.
Answer: Very Careful. I treat everything as if it were fragile and my own. I use furniture blankets and straps where necessary to protect your belongings. I have all the appropriate insurance - if your getting any quotes elsewhere I urge you to check their insurance out. - See my page dedicated to Insurance.

Question: What payment options are available?
Answer: I current accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal and very soon intend to take debit/credit cards via contactless and chip and pin.

Question: Are you on facebook? Do you have reviews?
Answer: Yes I am on facebook and have some reviews on there. I never ask for reviews nor do I make any up. All genuine and all great. - click on the facebook (f) logo on the top of the page to check me out.

Question: Do you have insurance?
Answer: Yes we have commercial insurance on the van, Public Liability Insurance and Goods In Transit Insurance is available (at an extra cost) to those that would like it. - We have never needed to claim from it before, but cannot guarantee every item on every trip (anyone who gives you this guarantee is lying).

Question: Can I help with moving goods on a flat/house move?
Answer: On flat/house moves we only use a 2 man service, this is to prevent injuries and to make sure your possessions can be moved as safely as possible. However, this is your move, so if you, your family, friends want to help to speed us the process (as we understand you just want to be in your new home) then we welcome any assistance, we will support and help direct you on the day.
